job
vs
work
:

Job is a noun and generally refers to an occupation or employment.
Example:
What is your job? My job is a police o cer.
•
Work is a verb and refers to an activity
Example:
I have worked at the factory for 3 years. I´m working hard.
In other sense work can mean the place where you work.
Example:
Where is my father? He is at work.
I fnish work at 6:00 pm.
I have just arrived at work.
